What started as a mission to help others through one of life’s most chaotic transitions has grown into a trusted, community-centered company that’s packed over a thousand homes and earned a reputation for white-glove service and compassionate care.
Our Story
The Organized Pack was built on a foundation of service, precision, and trust.
Todd, a Navy veteran, spent four years navigating the USS Pittsburgh fast-attack submarine, a role requiring intense focus, teamwork, and attention to detail. After his military service, he continued serving the community as a St. Louis County Police Officer.
Those experiences shaped how we operate today: show up prepared, communicate clearly, and care deeply about the people we serve.
Stacy brings a strong background in community care and organization. After earning a degree in Criminal Justice from UMSL, she worked at the Center for Trauma Recovery within the Psychology Department, assisting with federally funded research focused on supporting trauma survivors. That experience created a compassionate, judgment-free approach that clients immediately feel when working with our team.
Together, we built The Organized Pack to combine structure with empathy, because moving isn’t just logistical; it’s emotional too. Our team brings a no-nonsense, solution-focused approach to every job. We treat each home like it’s our own and each client like family. Outside of work, you’ll often find us traveling or exploring the outdoors. Fun fact: we’ve camped in nearly all 50 states!
